GeneralA 50% deposit is required to secure event date and cateringBalance owing will be required on the day of the eventWe accept payment by cheque, cash or email money transferNumber of guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to the eventAny changes to the menu must be done one week prior to the event5% GST is added to all catering eventsA full service catered event will be charged a 15% gratuity StaffingStaffing will be based on the number of guests, menu and style of the event. We will advise you the number of staff required for your event. There is a 3 hour minimum for each staff.Serving $25/hrRentalsWe can provide you with rentals for your event. Rentals are based on individual event requirements. Rentals will be supplied by Ideal Party Rentals. We charge 15% for organizing all rentals for a full service catered event.

about me

My name is Suzy Buckley and as owner of Culinary Adventures Catering I would like to introduce myself to you.A resident of Canmore for 11 years with 20 years experience in the hospitality and catering industry, I am excited to share my love of food and entertaining.Originally from Caledon, Ontario my experience has taken me from the University of Guelph where I received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel & Food Administration to the Muskoka cottage country in central Ontario. There I owned and operated a cafe and catering company for several years. Since then I have been fortunate to travel abroad to Spain, Europe, Argentina, Nepal, Mexico and the United States experiencing different cultures,cuisines and backcountry adventures. Since moving to Canmore in September 2000 I have been preparing meals and catering special events for the local residents and business of the Bow Valley. I have enjoyed traveling into backcountry huts to cook for groups of skiers on week-long vacations and packing outdoor meals for multi-day wilderness hikes, in addition to catering holiday parties, office luncheons and private dinner parties.
